- せきがはら【関ヶ原】岐阜県南西端， 伊吹・鈴鹿両山地に挟まれた小盆地。 軍事・交通上の要地で， 古くは不破関が設けられた。 また， 中山道・北国街道・伊勢街道の分岐点にあたり， 宿駅が置かれた。 現在も鉄道・自動車交通上の要地。
